Is it something? Yes
Is faith everything? No
Is it something? Yes
Is love everything? No
Is it something? Yes
I am learning that there are many somethings are not everything. My degree is something, but not everything. It is a foundation of my carreer, but still I need to work on it to build my carreer and life - hard work, persistancy, and faith. My faith is something but not everything. My faith is a foundation to live my life despite any circumstances I am going through.. still I need walk and act on it to experience results. And as far as I want to be naive, but love is not everything. To build anything strong we need strong foundation thus in spite of whatever weather, we won't be easily shaken and fall - and they are those "not everything but somethings". There is no guarantee for a forever bright sky, but strong foundations do guarantee more to hold any building. Love is something, but not everything. Still we need to build it with communication, commitment, understanding and whatever ingredients.. to complete a whole building.

Almost everything in life is about building. A life, a career, a family, a relationship, a faith, a me. I just hope I have strong foundations in whatever I build.. it may take longer and painful to build but I know it will not build me just not any houses, but a strong house in the midst of life.
