So this is life, huh?
Ain't it funny that most of the time we don't have any idea of our own life - though it's us-self who walk it daily. Yet the path that we walk in is merely familiar- let alone the path ahead. It's like walking in a forever couldy days. We try hard to figure out (and I know some of you have used alot of life formulaes, you gig=p) each path that we take so somehow it will end on the better end, yet where is the assurance? Nothing. Isn't it clearly that life is obviously does not belong to us alone?
I may not have lived as long as other wise men, and I really don't have many answers to life - even my own. But for me life is like a happy ending fairy tale and God is the writer of my life. Remember our younger times as a little girl who let our mind freely be wildered with the princess stories? Sometimes and most of the times we have no idea how will the story goes in the next page - not even the next line. Yet, we are never afraid to turn the next page because we know it in our little heart that the story will end with "..and they live happily ever after" line.
And it is only when you turn each page, stories after stories are revealed.
It's true that life is far more like a fairy tale. But my little heart keeps telling me that everything will turn out fine just if I keep on turning to the next page to figure out each story line as I walk through it.
So why do we worry so much? Right now and in each moment, what I can do is to live fully one day at a time, doing my best on the task on my hand. I'm sure everything else will be taken care of.
Hope you do the same on the other path.
James 4
Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit"; whereas you do not know what [will happen] tomorrow. For what [is] your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.
Instead you [ought] to say, "If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that."
Jer 29: 11
For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the Lord. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you* a future filled with hope.
