It's kinda funny at times when you request for chillies in the restaurant and they give you this chilly-looking stuff, yet you can't taste THE CHILLY you are expecting.
How on earth there are chillies that are NOT hot? Would not call them a chilly if it is not hot, would we?
If I were a chilly, I would be soooo sad if I don't taste hot.. it's like loosing the whole purpose of being a chilly? Lol.
